Conclusion of Agreement with Seoul National University College of Medicine
In January 2024, Kyushu University School of Medicine concluded an academic and student exchange agreement with Seoul National University College of Medicine in Korea.
Dr. Jeong Eun Kim Dean of Seoul National University College of Medicine and other faculty members visited our School of Medicine in September 2022, and this provided the impetus for the signing of this agreement. Regarding student exchange, two to three final year students are scheduled to be mutually accepted and dispatched between the 2 medical schools for a four-week clinical clerkship program starting in the next academic year.
It is hoped that with the signing of the agreement it will encourage more international exchanges between the 2 medical schools and also lead to more collaboration in the fields of education and research.
